This is a full end-to-end role (excluding trust accounting), supported by strong systems (Console Cloud) and a team that works together on QCAT matters. Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring compliance Building strong landlord and tenant relationships Converting warm leads into new managements where possible (bonuses provided) Delivering consistent, quality service without the stress of overloaded portfolios The Successful Candidate Previous experience in Property Management Current QLD Real Estate License Strong organisational and communication skills Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when required Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills Solid written & verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Valid driver's license All applications will be held in strict confidence.
